About Our Health Calculators
Our health and fitness calculators are built for real everyday use — not clinical environments. Whether you're tracking BMI, planning a calorie deficit, preparing for a marathon, or calculating a pregnancy due date, each tool runs entirely in your browser with no data sent to our servers.
Body Metrics & Weight
The BMI calculator supports both imperial (feet/inches/lbs) and metric (cm/kg) inputs for adults and includes a pediatric BMI mode for children. The body fat calculator uses the US Navy circumference method — widely considered more accessible than skinfold calipers for home use.
Nutrition & Calorie Tools
The calorie calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (considered the most accurate for most people) plus activity multipliers to estimate daily caloric needs for maintenance, weight loss, or muscle gain. The macro calculator translates calorie targets into grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
Medical Disclaimer
All health calculators provide general informational estimates only. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have questions about a medical condition or health goal, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
How accurate are online health calculators?
Health calculators use validated population-based formulas, so they provide reasonable estimates for most people. However, individual variation means results can differ from measured values. BMI, for example, doesn't account for muscle mass. Body fat formulas can vary ±3-5% from DEXA scans. Use results as starting points, not precise measurements.
Are my health measurements kept private?
Yes. All calculations on Calculator200.com run entirely in your browser. Your height, weight, age, and any other health data you enter never leaves your device. We never see it, never store it, and never share it.
